I've been a little incommunicado regarding the proposed sale of KTRU to U of H. Here is the letter I wrote to the Rice development office (the office that calls all the alumni begging for money).

Here is the playlist for the Vinyl Frontier, 10 August 2010. As you may have heard, a deal appears to be in the works for KUHF to buy KTRU. I don't know that there is much that can be done to stop such a deal, but if you're a Rice student or an alumnus, call or write to the Rice administration. I'll have more to say about this in a later post.
